Keynote speaker David Miller, North American Director of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (and former Mayor of Toronto) will review challenges faced by cities and the efforts underway to address them in the move a low carbon economy. Additionally, Senior staff from Natural Resources Canada will expand upon the details concerning the Pan-Canadian Framework and the Space Heating Road Mapping Exercise.
