  • Why? So all your deals can close and your borrowers get the best deal available to them.

Last fall, Mortgage Professionals Canada (MPC) & ONMICA (Ontario Mortgage Investment Companies Association) hosted an exclusive, sold out MIC symposium and trade show attended by more than 400 mortgage agents and brokers. Twenty-one Mortgage Investment Entities were featured.

We are very pleased to be hosting two events this year: one in Ottawa, the other in Toronto!

MICs (Mortgage Investment Corporations) have become the go-to mortgage solution provider for mortgage agents. However, not all MICs were created equal. This year’s event will provide you with a thorough understanding of the different types of MICs, the different products and solutions for your borrower’s needs, and the range of products offered by MICs to suit your client's needs. MICs are different than private lenders. Find out why and what the difference is. In order to gain insight into the new Alternative Lenders, register today.

Bring your deal to this unique event and find out how many of these MICs can offer solutions you didn’t know existed.

* MIE: Mortgage Investment Entity; Mortgage Investment Entity that qualifies as a MIC under CRA guidelines. ONMICA members sell their shares through an Exempt Market Dealer EMD. They have their own EMD registered under Ontario Securities Commission or other provincial securities regulators. They may also sell their shares (securities) under a third party EMD.
