We are looking to our Associate members as experts within your fields of business to bring focused content to a new series we are developing.  The series is about best practices for improving profitability in contractor businesses.  Content could include business development tactics to improve sales, new ways to use marketing, communications, and customer service to build customer retention; new technology for business operations that saves time and expenses; or something that is newsworthy issues based content that relates to HR or environmental mandates affecting the HVACR industry bottom line.

Background

Since December 2020, HRAI has been offering various free informational sessions primarily for the contracting community.  A total of 14 webinars have been executed ranging from Sales and Marketing focused content, to impromptu COVID updates, and topics on HR and cyber-security topics.  We are averaging over 4 out of 5 ratings for each session, which translates to above 80% satisfaction with an average of 73 attendees at each session.

Even though there is a deadline for submissions (July 31, 2020), this is only the first round.  We welcome your continued communication for any new or different presentations that you might have coming up.
