Keynote speaker David Miller, North American Director of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (and former Mayor of Toronto) will review challenges faced by cities and the efforts underway to address them in the move a low carbon economy. Alice Rosenberg from the Consortium for Energy Efficiency will talk about the evolving dynamics and objectives, as it pertains to the energy efficiency program landscape. In addition, participants will hear from Joyce Henry from Natural Resources Canada, who will expand upon the details concerning the Pan-Canadian Framework and the Space Heating Road Mapping Exercise.
