February 2017 – Introduction to Essentials Pro Mobile                             

This webinar provides a tutorial for using CUC’s EssentialsPro Mobile app. They will examine settings and options, work order formatting and layout, user defined Equipment Status Code setup and form layout, and navigation through the app itself. April 2017 – Service Appointment Confirmation E-mails                  

Learn how to set up an appointment confirmation email template and how to attach a photo of your technician in the email so your customer knows who to expect at their door. Then, learn how to send these confirmations out via email to individual customers or by date range..

May 2017 – Purchase Orders                                  

CUC will go through basic purchase order options and reports as well as highlight tips and tricks such as vendor specific pricing for inventory, using a previous (inventory/stock) PO as a template, PO history and reporting. Learn about the options for invoicing and closing POs, including invoicing multiple POs on a single vendor invoice.

June 2017 – Point of Sale Invoicing

Originally created for use by companies with extensive parts showrooms and retail counter sales, this invoicing routine is being used more and more by service departments. It is a real time saver for companies where the work flow for tasks such as posting inventory to jobs, entering/reviewing work complete, and even posting payments are performed by the same person. This option also includes customer pricing levels that allow you to apply purchase and cash discounts based on predetermined rates. ie: contractor pricing and cash discounts.

These special group webinars will be approximately 1 hour in length and are offered at the nominal rate of $25 USD/registrant. This is a great way to expand your system knowledge while learning from our expert staff as well as from the questions and comments of other participants. Complimentary seats are available for those who are not currently using CUC, but would like to sit in. Customized webinars and training are available at the rate of $150 USD/hour.
